At LOADED Hobby Shop, all sales are final. We take great care in packing and verifying every order before it leaves our shop. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Sealed products, slabs & singles
All sealed products, graded slabs, and single cards are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued for these items. Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, we cannot accept returns once the product has left our possession.
LOADED accessories
Returns are accepted only for LOADED-brand accessories (binders, sleeves, card stands, toploaders, playmats, etc.) under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- You must provide photos of the item and proof of purchase
To request a return, email us at loadedhobbyshop@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and reason for return. We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Damaged items
If your LOADED accessory arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund via your original payment method (GCash or bank transfer) within 3–5 business days.
Please note that damages incurred during shipping are not covered by LOADED Hobby Shop. We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery and reporting any courier-related damage directly to the shipping provider.
Refund method
Approved refunds will be processed via GCash or bank transfer within 3–5 business days after the return is approved. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
