Ordering from LOADED Hobby Shop is quick and easy. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Browse & add to cart
Head to our Shop page or browse by category — Sealed Products, Accessories, Slabs & Singles, or Pre-orders. When you find something you like, click “Add to Cart.”
Step 2: Review your cart
Click the cart icon to review your items. You can update quantities or remove items here. Orders over ₱3,000 qualify for free standard shipping via J&T Express.
Step 3: Checkout
Click “Proceed to Checkout” and fill in your shipping details. Choose your preferred shipping method:
- Same-day delivery — via Lalamove or Grab Express (Metro Manila, buyer shoulders shipping cost). Your order is packed and sent out the same day.
- Standard shipping — via J&T Express (nationwide). Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Step 4: Pay
After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with complete payment instructions and QR codes. We accept:
Check your Email
After checkout, open your order confirmation email. Copy your Order ID and note the total amount.
Transfer Payment
Send payment to one of our accounts. Full details and QR codes are in your email.
Zero extra fees on all payments
Send Receipt
Send a screenshot of your receipt along with your Order ID to our Facebook page.
Message Us on FacebookPlease complete payment within 24 hours of placing your order. Unpaid orders may be automatically cancelled.
Step 5: Order confirmation
Once we verify your payment, we’ll update your order status and send you a confirmation. For same-day delivery, your order ships right away. For J&T shipments, you’ll get a tracking number within 2–3 business days.
