What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash and bank transfer (BDO, BPI, and other major Philippine banks). No extra fees are charged on any payment method.
How long do I have to complete payment?
Please complete your payment within 24 hours of placing your order. Unpaid orders may be automatically cancelled.
Do you accept COD (cash on delivery)?
No, we do not offer COD. All orders must be paid in advance via GCash or bank transfer.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been verified. If you don’t receive it within a few hours, check your spam folder or contact us.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide within the Philippines via J&T Express. For Metro Manila customers, we also offer same-day delivery via Lalamove or Grab Express.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping via J&T is calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Same-day delivery costs are shouldered by the buyer. Orders over ₱3,000 get free standard shipping.
How long does delivery take?
For same-day delivery (Lalamove/Grab), your order is packed and sent out on the same day payment is confirmed. For J&T Express, orders are processed and handed to the courier within 2–3 business days, with delivery time depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently only ship within the Philippines.
Returns & refunds
Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final for sealed products, slabs, and singles. Returns are only accepted for LOADED-brand accessories within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. See our full Returns Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
For LOADED accessories that arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Please note that damages incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the courier, not LOADED Hobby Shop.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are processed via GCash or bank transfer within 3–5 business days.

Are your products authentic?
100%. We source all sealed products directly from authorized distributors. Every item is quality-checked before shipping — that’s the LOADED Certified guarantee.
What TCGs do you carry?
We currently carry One Piece TCG and Pokemon TCG products, with more games coming soon. Follow us on social media to stay updated on new arrivals.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders require full payment upfront to secure your slot. We’ll ship your order as soon as the product arrives from the distributor. Estimated release dates are listed on each product page. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed.
