Refund and Returns Policy

At LOADED Hobby Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Sealed Products (Booster Boxes, Tins, ETBs, etc.)
All sealed TCG products are final sale. Due to the nature of collectible trading card products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on sealed items once purchased. This policy exists to ensure the integrity and authenticity of sealed products for all our customers.
Accessories (Sleeves, Toploaders, Binders, Storage, etc.)
We accept returns on accessories within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To initiate a return, please contact us within the 3-day window with your order number and a photo of the item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos showing the damage or defect, along with a photo of the shipping package. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and send you the correct item as soon as possible.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund request, message us on Facebook Messenger or Viber with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our team will respond and guide you through the process.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days and returned via the original payment method (GCash or bank transfer).
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: all sealed TCG products (booster boxes, booster packs, tins, ETBs), opened or used accessories, items returned after the 3-day return window, and items without proof of purchase.
