Welcome to LOADED Hobby Shop (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website at loadedhobbyshop.com and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Conditions
By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All content on this site, including text, images, and graphics, is owned by LOADED Hobby Shop and may not be reproduced without written permission.
2. Products and Pricing
All product prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice. We do our best to ensure accuracy in product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Product images are for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual item received.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation with your Order ID. Payment must be completed via one of our accepted methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, or BDO bank transfer. Orders are only processed after we receive proof of payment and your Order ID. We reserve the right to cancel any order that remains unpaid after 48 hours.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship nationwide within the Philippines. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule. LOADED Hobby Shop is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners. LOADED Hobby Shop is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any trading card game manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
7. Limitation of Liability
LOADED Hobby Shop shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
8. Account Responsibility
If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
